The New Alliance Mobile App is designed to enhance accessibility to health services for individuals with busy lifestyles, providing a user-friendly experience at their convenience.

Key features of the app include:

• Clinic Locator – Enhanced!
  The integrated map feature simplifies the process of finding the nearest panel clinics. Utilizing in-app GPS functionality, users can easily receive directions to their chosen clinic and even make calls directly without leaving the app.
• Claim Submission – New!
  In an effort to promote sustainability, Alliance has introduced a paperless claim submission process. Users can now snap a picture of their original receipts and upload them directly through the mobile app, streamlining the claims process.
• Check Balance – Enhanced!
  The app allows members to easily check their current annual balance on the go, eliminating the need to use a web browser or desktop. (This feature is not applicable for members under the unlimited plan.)
• Member’s E-card
  For those who may forget their physical card, the app provides immediate access to the member's e-Card for validation during visits.
